This is a great question and a tough one to answer. Depending on the coverage, colors and saturation this can vary widely. Also, you could potentially run out of one color multiple before replacing others, for example a company who sells to a local high school that has Magenta in their school colors may go through all their magenta toner 2-3 times before replacing Cyan. However, a good rule of thumb spoken about is about 3000-3500 prints per set. This does not mean that you couldn't run out of one color of toner during this time, but its a fair estimate from our teams experience.
