Yes we have had great results with Vapor and DigitalHeatFX transfers. Also Heat Transfer Vinyl works very well too.
Be sure to test time and temperatures with your transfers and follow instructions for polyester when working with Vapor Apparel. These shirts will most likely press at a lower temperature than 100% cotton garments.
