The difference in these two products is the finish HTM3 is considered to be a semi-gloss finish while this product (HTMS) is a satin finish.
The application will be similar and a big pro tip on using this material is to let it dry before masking it. This helps the ink set better into the material and ultimately provide a better transfer. Users have experienced the longer the dry time, the better performance.
