It's recommended to stay at lower temperatures with this sheet for finishing. We have found for many transfers 265deg F works very well. We have also had success pressing at higher temps like 300 - 320deg F however this sheet WILL remain hot, therefore it would need to cool down for 5-30 seconds or it could remove part of your transfer from the garment. If you are going at higher temps like 350 deg plus you will reduce the life of this sheet significantly and it will lose its strength and texture producing effects.
Considering that all materials and transfer types are different its best to test this with your applications for optimal results. Saying all that its one of our favorite heat press accessories.
P.S. Don't use it for sublimation without something to block the sheet from getting sublimated itself.
