You can sublimate this apron according to standard apparel sublimation instructions. 380 degrees for 60 seconds.
Depending on your art, if you want a more vibrant print, you can test pressing at a slightly higher temp or longer time. Watch out for over saturation as well with too high a temp or too long a time. 380 for 60 seconds is generally ideal.
