The question of how many shirts you can print per hour is a great one, and a tricky one to answer. Naturally the size of the image and type of shirt can make a difference in the speed of production. Also if you are printing in a single location, or multiple locations. The slowest part of printing is always going to be the heat press step. it takes a few minutes to marry the transfers and then adhere them to the garment. One estimate given often is about 3 minutes per shirt with 1 heat press, 2 heat presses could double that production speed. In addition to this, if the logos were smaller like 4"x4" you could about double that time too as you create 4 transfers with each print.
