The waste ink container for the BN-20 is actually a replaceable part as a whole, it can be found here: https://colmanandcompany.com/bn-20-dr...
The pad itself it not sold separately by Roland as ink builds up in the assembly too.
The foam pad on this page goes under the wiper blade.
