This is a tri-blend tee and generally speaking 100% polyester is recommended for sublimation. Take a look at our Vapor Apparel line for some great sublimation certified options. Otherwise be sure to look for light colored 100% polyester shirts. Also consider getting a foam kit to avoid press lines.
