Sublimation actually does not require a finishing press after you sublimate. if you notice your paper sticking to your garment there are 3 possible solutions/problems:
Issues with sublimation are generally going to be process, paper or apparel. Start to narrow it down and you will get it right very soon!
- Your press pressure / time / temp need to be adjusted, try this article on how to sublimate a shirt and adjust from there.
- Verify you are using the right paper for your printer
- The garment you are using might be prone to paper sticking to it.
