This sheet can help from getting heat press lines, but the answer is a bit more complex.
- if the item is being sublimated, then the marks are coming from the fabric being at a high heat and pressure. You can try the Vapor Foam Kit to help improve those lines.
- if the heat press lines are caused by DTG printing, it may be your pretreat. Check with your DTG support team to determine how to prevent press lines on DTG
- some colors of apparel are very sensitive to heat (like red and green). Often times you can remove those lines with steam, cleaning or time.
- Some garments are just more susceptible to lines, so try other shirts or hats that might be more tolerate of pressure and temperature.
- you can also try Teflon pillows as these can help dissipate the pressure
