Yes a blanket statement that all of our District materials are pre-shrunk. If washed per instructions there should not be any issues. If you were to wash a t-shirt in HOT water, and dry on HIGH heat, there is likely to still be a percentage of shrinking. This will be true with all pre-shrunk materials.
