The Powder Typically melts around 230 Degrees F. (Depending on system, can melt as low as 185 Degrees F)
If you are hover heating, you can stick it under a heat press for a while and wait until you can visually see the powder melt.
IMPORTANT Shaker/Dryer NOTE: As Shaker/Dryer Heat Bulbs may weaken over time, you may need to raise the heat to cure properly. Heat Blubs that run more than 5 hours a day will need to be replaced every 6 months, as where a machine that only runs 2 hours a day will be closer to a year.
