Let us explain: The ink bags sit on an angled tray. Since the white ink is larger and connected to a circulation pump, to avoid movement of the bag, we use the magnet on the back side of the printer on the sidewall of the tray. Then we hook the bag onto the magnet, so it doesn't slide down. We don't actually hang the bag of white ink, it's basically a holder for it. This information can be found in the online training.
