Although the suction may be able to seal on the non-hole side of the bead and lift it up, it heats up to a high temp and may melt the plastic or damage the material the bead is made of.
This product is intended for Hotfix Rhinestones, Hotfix Rhinestuds, and Hotfix Nailheads because they need the heat to melt the adhesive on the back flat side of the stone/stud/nailhead. The Hotfix products are made to withstand the heat needed for applications where the beads may not. We cannot guarantee it wouldn't damage other materials.
